Hi,
I noticed that my lowest subscores in the Riot IQ profile are in visual rehearsal, mental rotation, and spatial orientation. Subjectively, this matches my real-life experience: I struggle with spatial navigation, object rotation, remembering visual details, and general orientation in space. I also tend to have weak short-term memory, especially for names, and I become stressed easily.
I took the test twice (the second time by invitation from the Riot team), and the results were very consistent. In contrast, my other domains — particularly verbal, abstract, and conceptual reasoning — are much stronger ( I dont feel smart in this domains haha). My overall iq was 122 in the first attempt and 120 in the second.
I have some questions:
- Could this pattern reflect a specific learning disability?
- Is it normal to observe differences of 1 standard deviation or more between domains?
- How are such uneven profiles typically interpreted in cognitive assessment?
- In your experience as a psychometricians is this a normal profile?
