Good morning, I purchased a Custom Test composed of Fluid Reasoning, Spatial Ability, Working Memory, and Processing Speed.
I have completed the Fluid Reasoning section, but I do not see the corresponding separate index. Why is this? Are separate indices not provided?
The separate index scores typically show up once you’ve completed ALL sections of your custom test battery. Since you’ve only finished Fluid Reasoning so far, the system is waiting for you to complete the other three sections (Spatial Ability, Working Memory, and Processing Speed) before generating the breakdown. Once everything’s done, you should see individual index scores plus a composite score. If they still don’t appear after completing all sections, definitely reach out to support—that would be a technical issue.
If you complete everything and still don’t see the separate indices within a few minutes, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If that doesn’t work, then definitely contact support with your order details.
