Got issues on mobile browser

Not sure if it is my internet connection or my browser but the RIOT IQ site loads quite slowly on my phone. I use Safari if that helps.

It does load quite slowly. We are fixing this as we speak. It will take some time to optimize. Thanks for pointing this out, regardless.

Safari on mobile can have caching issues with interactive tests. Try clearing your browser cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data) or use Chrome/Firefox mobile instead. Also make sure you’re on WiFi rather than cellular - the test loads a lot of visual content which can be slow on data connection.

Aside from switching between WiFi and cellular, it’s also worth closing any other tabs or apps running in the background, and making sure your iOS and Safari are up to date.

To help the developers, could you provide a bit more detail? Knowing your phone model (e.g., iPhone 13) and the iOS version you’re running would be useful.
