Not sure if it is my internet connection or my browser but the RIOT IQ site loads quite slowly on my phone. I use Safari if that helps.

Similarly, where can I find other customer reviews? That might be helpful in boosting credibility. I believe there is a separate Trustpilot page but maybe linking that somewhere on the site could make it more accessible …
